We had a great stay here! Perfect location and the room was very nice with a view.
The hotel is very old and doesn't hide it in its interior. That said it was clean and we had a very roomy (albeit dark) two floors apartment. The staff was nice and helpful letting us store our luggage before we could check in.
Everything was perfect about my one night stay. Very friendly, helpful front desk staffer, fast check-in, super clean halls & common areas. I stayed in a suite as it was the only room avail. Large, lots of room, cool artwork, really high ceilings. It looked out onto a busy street which was a bit noisy (Sat night!) but was not unexpected. Super clean everything. 2 portable fans were available too. Fast checkout. Very walkable to everything downtown.I'll def stay here in future. Thank-you, Swans! :)
I am so grateful for my experience at Swans Hotel. I want to say a special thank you to Jorge at the front desk—he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. It makes such a difference to be welcomed with such genuine warmth. The hotel itself is wonderful: spotlessly clean and featuring a unique, exclusive design that gives it so much character. The location is also perfect and very convenient. Thank you for the hospitality!
The room was great, spacious and nice and clean, and we had a great view too. The Pub was also very good with great service.
Such a lovely place to stay. Our view was wonderful. Lots of places around to shop and eat. Area is a little pricey. Things to note there is no parking at the hotel so if you drive be aware there are places to park but they do involve a walk, and there are no in and out privileges. Also we stayed in a loft room, the views are great but there is a steep ish staircase to deal with to the bedroom, and there is only one bathroom on the lower floor so if mobility is an issue choose a different room option. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very large. Good for the cost. Tho needed a bit more polish as they were dated and needed some better finishing to make them more appealing. But it is a great location. And the staff are friendly
Great service, excellent location. The full kitchen is always great to have. Only knocked off a star because of the lack of air conditioning (I understand this would be a major renovation to install), so the rooms are very hot during summer. Also, this isn't the right hotel for you if you have bad knees as the stairs in the suites are a bit taxing. It's still our favourite hotel in Victoria!
